Constant touring can cause artists to seek out refuge in the recording booth along the way. Here, Life + Times catches up with Curren$y after a show in Chicago, as he and fellow Jet Life Recordings emcee Young Roddy spend two days recording “3 Piece Set,” an EP for “Closed Sessions” at Soundscape Studios. Featuring an original score by Thelonious Martin.
